Hezekiah was a king whose life was marked by prayer. He brought his hopes and troubles before God. The Bible says, “Adonai was with him” and “where ever he went he prospered.” Prayer is a gift from God and an opportunity to put everything both good and bad back into His hands. Yeshua says, “Ask, and it shall be given to you. Seek, and you shall find. Knock, and it shall be opened to you…your Father in heaven [will] give good things to those who ask Him!” Like Hezekiah, we want to be people whose lives are marked by prayer.
