Confession is not only about sin, all though it is that too, but it also speaking out loud what you're actually feeling in the depths of your heart. Each Psalm, of 150 Psalms, are different and are categorized into seasons of well-being, seasons of hurt and surprise of new circumstance we did not expect. As poetry they are meant to be used in prayer, thought, and designed to help us take action in worship of God in every circumstance. To start this series we look at Psalm 1.
