Authority and Submission are designed for our encouragement and blessing but so often these words have been used to hurt people. God's desire is for His people to submit to His authority rather than following in the rebellion of Adam and Eve. We are not designed to live a life alone and in isolation. We are designed to live in submission under God's authority as He equips us and encourages us to be everything He created us to be!

Honor & Serve

In this world there are certain professions that we give more honor to than others. Some that come to mind are first responders, professors, celebrities, professional athletes, etc. According to the Bible we are all made in the image of God and that means everyone is deserving of honor. The more honor you give to everyone, not based on what they do but rather who they are, the more honor the Lord will give to you. At Restoration, one of our core values is: We Are Servants; We serve God by serving others. We truly believe the more we serve, following the example of Yeshua, the more God lifts us up to a place of honor and gives us more authority. So how can we honor and serve everyone?
