Have you ever noticed children know when their parents mean something or not. They react by our pitch and tone. They learn that when mom or dad address something a certain way, whether or not they should listen or not. Husbands, you know those times our wives are talking to us and we have tuned them out, yet other times they could be across the room and we could here them. So, Listen Up! Do we take our relationship with Christ the same way. When things are good we tune him out but then there times he has to correct us with his tone or action in our life.

The greatest legacy that we can pass on to our children, friends or coworkers is not money or possessions or the fact you we are funny or kind. The greatest that we can pass on is a legacy of character and faith. This is exactly what Philemon did in his own life that he was making such difference in the lives of everyone he came in contact with.
Grateful Debtors

This week we look into the book of Philemon, verses 17-20. Where Paul is writing to Philemon, pledging him to accept his servant whom had run away and had been imprisoned in Rome with Paul. If he owes you anything charge it my account and I will pay it. As the family of Jesus we need to expect the debts of others and become the grateful debtor.
Stand in the Gap

The only way to freedom is through humility, personal spiritual disincline, living a life of responsibility and them we come to freedom. If we try to go around all those to get to freedom we end of ups taking our freedom at the cost of every one else and we are always salves to something else.
