Members of One Another

December 17, 2023 • Chris Heller

In Romans 12:5 we read, “ . . . so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.” In past weeks of our Thanks Giver series, we’ve examined the 'one another' responsibilities given for the church to carry out when they come together to eat and sing. This Sunday, we will continue our Christmas series by examining our ‘one another’ responsibilities for those times when we are called by God to come together to accomplish His work.  I trust these messages have had practical application for you as we endeavor to live out the one another's of scripture.

Harmony with One Another

December 10, 2023 • Chris Heller

This Sunday, in part 3 of our "Thanks Giver" series, we'll explore the concept of being in harmony with one another. As believers, Jesus encourages us to live in harmony -- showing love, compassion and humility towards each other. It's not merely the absence of conflict, but an active pursuit of unity, understanding, forgiveness, empathy, and selflessness. This approach results in peace and cooperation, all in accordance with God's divine plan for us as His people. Looking forward to seeing you this week!

Together Dynamics

Join us this Sunday as we begin our Christmas sermon series, Thanks Giver! We will be focusing on different aspects of conduct as we encounter the "one another's" in our lives. This week, we'll learn what God intended when he told us to 'have the same mind' with one another, and how we can implement that in practical ways. We've been preparing for a blessed Christmas at Renew. Our campus is decked out in holiday splendor, we'll be singing the beautiful songs of the season in our worship time, and we'll be celebrating the gift of our Savior's birth with "one another". We hope you plan to join us!
