Our Call

Relentless: The Book of Acts

June 3, 2018 • Ronnie Rothe

Main Point: "God moves with relentless power, when we live with relentless devotion to what Jesus has called us to."

Key Verse: "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." – Acts 1:8 (NIV)

Challenge Question: "Will you commit to 'work the soil' relentlessly by giving God a blank check this summer?"

Series Summary: In the book of Acts in the Bible we learn that the early church - Jesus' first followers - was relentlessly devoted to what Jesus taught them to do. Because of their devotion, this group of ordinary people had a massive impact on the world in just one year. During this 12-part series, as we seek to be people who make a lasting impact on the world around us, we explore the key components of the first church and what it would like look if we lived with the same relentless devotion today.
