To be able to recognize the proper starting point for theology proper as it relates to creation and conscience

To gain an understanding of the biblically balanced view of the knowability of God over against the view of post-Enlightenment philosophy

To become familiar with the basic names of God found in Scripture, as well as the concepts of anthropomorphism, accommodation and univocal equivocal and analogical language
