Before Jesus’ crucifixion some chose to worship the long-awaited Messiah, while the Pharisees sat back in judgment to see what would unfold. Jesus deserves all of our worship. Some will worship and some will reject Him. It has been and will always be this way until He returns.
Wisdom discerns what is good. Discernment helps us identify what is right and good. When determining what is right and good, remember to consider -- what does God have to say about it? Wisdom is more than information — it’s the power of God.
What is wisdom? As we obey God, we grow with Him in wisdom. We recognize that wisdom will not come from information or knowledge -- but wisdom comes from God alone. You are not the source of wisdom...neither is experience...only God can provide us with true wisdom.
This week, we will talk about an important theological concept – the Trinity. It's important that we remember we cannot know everything about God. The Trinity is a mystery. We are grateful we experience the Triune God in our lives and our worship.
