Hear Braden Smith and Dean Baugh read from Ambrose's treatise grieving over the death of his brother but hoping in deliverance through Jesus Christ's death and resurrection as well as selections from the Book of Isaiah and the Book of Psalms, and finally a reading of Victorian age poet Christina Rossetti's poem on the crucifixion, "Good Friday."

According to the Revised Common Lectionary, the readings for Good Friday, April 10, 2020, are:
First Reading: Isaiah 52:13 – 53:12
Psalm: Psalm 22
Second Reading: Hebrews 10:16-25
Gospel: John 18:1 – 19:42
