The Apostle first tells us that we are NOT to conduct ourselves like those who have never been regenerated, and goes on in Ephesians 4:17-19 to describe in detail the cause and consequence of the condition of the unregenerate mind.

What is this "utterance"? And what is this "boldness"? And why are they so critical to Paul's ability to preach the gospel?
