WHAT IS ALPHA? Alpha is a fun dinner series followed by group conversations centered around exploring the big questions of life and the Christian faith in a laid-back, non-judgmental environment. It’s for those who want to explore or are rethinking their faith. If you are curious, skeptical, or just have honest questions, bring them to Alpha and explore them with new friends! --- HOW IT WORKS: 6:00-6:30pm | Mingling & Dinner Join us for a free dinner! 6:30-7:15 pm | Welcome & Watch Each Alpha evening features a 25 minute film. Designed to inspire more questions than provide answers, these short films explore the big issues around faith and unpack the basics of Christianity, addressing questions such as "Who is Jesus?" and "How can we have faith?" 7:15-8pm | Discuss the Questions That Matter To You The entire night builds towards this peak experience: after the film we’ll break into discussion groups where you can share your thoughts about faith and life and hear from others in your group. You can feel free to say whatever you like or as little as you like, it's up to you. --- ALPHA DATES & TIMES Alpha Launch Night | September 20th, 2023, 6-8pm What is the Alpha Launch Night? It’s the opening night of Alpha, but it’s also designed to be a one-off evening for those who aren't sure if they want to do Alpha. It’s a great night of dinner & conversation with new friends. Alpha is commitment-free but runs for 9 weeks, beginning on the Launch Night, and includes a refreshing weekend experience! Fall 2023 Alpha Dates: Wednesdays, September 20th through November 15th | 6 to 8pm (Childcare provided ages 18 months - 11 years.)
