Here, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and pastor Joshua Loy discusses anxiety and depression with compassion and care to help you learn to hear from God and practice hope in the midst of these struggles. Josh Loy is part of the Reach Staff. He received his Master of Arts in Counseling from Western Seminary in Portland, and received undergraduate degrees in Youth Ministry and Bible from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. He's also the Director of Counseling Recovery and Chaplain at Eastside Academy, where he's counseled at-risk teens for 8+ years.
