A workshop for Christian leaders, Dean shares that our place as leaders requires a greater level of integrity, purity and boundaries. As we answer the call to be wounded healers, we must continue to take our place as receivers of the compassion that we extend to others. This happens as we avail ourselves to God and His body where we are most vulnerable. We embrace ongoing accountability confessing our sins and establish boundaries safeguarding us in our weakness.
