Welcome to the 30 Day Identity Challenge! HOW IT WORKS JOURNAL Use the STAR method - See below for details Spend time with Jesus and let Him speak to your soul. AFTER YOU JOURNAL Encourage your group! Share what God showed you and how that day's promise impacts you as a Competitor. - ATTACK THE DAY Stand in your identity in Christ! You are not defined by your performance but by who God declares you to be! Journaling is a powerful way we can meditate on God's Word and communicate back to Him. The STAR method is an easy framework to listen to the Lord, make an application, and respond back to Him in prayer. Here's how it works: S - Scripture - List the Scripture. T - Topic - What is this Scripture saying? A - Application - How does the Scripture apply to me as a competitor? R - Response - Write a prayer to God about it. Journal entries can be short or long.
