Saturday, March 14th, 2025, 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. @ Trinity UMC

Confirmation Day with the Bishop will provide confirmands the opportunity to be circuit riders for the day, visiting different United Methodist churches in the central Arkansas area throughout the day allowing them to experience stops along their circuit including:

-History of Methodism in Arkansas

-Roundtable discussions with members of the ARUMC sharing stories about why the UMC is important to them and how they serve in their local churches

-Games and learning about ARUMC connectionalism with members of the ARUMC Council on Youth Ministries

-Hands-on service project

-Worship with Bishop Laura Merrill

A few important things to know about Confirmation day with the Bishop 2026:

*Our church will stay together as a group to travel our designated circuit so, we need a few adult volunteers to drive! Please register yourself as a volunteer if you would like to join us. All adults attending MUST be Safe Gatherings approved. You will also receive 1 extra confirmation credit for attending with your student!

*There is a $10 registration fee for all youth participants to cover the cost of lunch.

*The deadline to register is Wednesday, March 4th.
