It's okay to not be okay, but it's not okay to stay there. There are ups and downs in life. It is okay to acknowledge that and to feel down when you're down - you just don't want to stay there. Find ways to move forward and walk with God.

What’s Your Purpose?
Mister Brown • Matthew 22:34–40, 1 Corinthians 10:31, John 15:5, Colossians 1:10, Ephesians 5:1–2
There are three BIG questions in life: Where did I come from? Why am I here? Where am I going? The answers can be found in God. The main theme of these three questions is, what is our purpose? Our purpose is to live for the One who created us.

God Can’t Do What!?
Mister Brown • Acts 17
I love to hear how students think and respond after I do a Bible teaching. Whether they have questions or challenges to the teaching, it's great knowing they are thinking for themselves and about their faith. One student was challenged to think about what God can do.

Look Weird For Jesus
Mister Brown
I'm looking a little strange in this video and it made me think: When you live for God, you may look strange to other people. Are you living to please the One who gave you life?
Created By God & For God
Mister Brown
There are 3 major questions in life.
1. “Where did I come from?”
2. “Why am I here?”
3. “Where am I going?”
The truth is that we are all created by God and for God, and that is the ultimate answer to those 3 big questions.

You Can Choose Where You Are Going
Mister Brown
Life is a lot like a puzzle. The outside edge represents the things you didn’t get to choose. Your parents, where you were born, your skin color, etc.. But the inside of the puzzle, you get to choose that part! You choose who you want to be. “You can’t choose where you come from, but you can choose where you are going.”

The Most Important Question of Your Life
Mister Brown • Colossians 1:15–16
What are you going to do about Jesus? This is the single most important question of your life! You either receive Jesus or you reject Him.

Receive Christ or Reject Him
Mister Brown • Colossians 1:16
The single greatest question in life is “what are you going to do about Jesus?” We all have the choice to receive Him, or reject Him. Colossians 1:16 teaches us that all things are created by God and for God. Will you accept Jesus and the sacrifice He made on the cross, or reject Him?
Colossians 1:16
“For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.”
Without Self-Control, You Can't Enjoy The Simple Things!
Mister Brown • Proverbs 25:16, Proverbs 25:28
Without self-control, you can’t enjoy the simple things, like honey!
Proverbs 25:16 says, “If you have found honey, eat only enough for you, lest you have your fill of it and vomit it.” This verse illustrates the idea that when you take too much of a good thing, it makes you sick. Self-control is so important and helps guide us through our everyday life. Boundaries are good for life!
He Loved Me Enough To Be Late | Insight Into the Account of Lazarus
Mister Brown • John 11, John 11:6, Psalm 115:3
“God loves us enough to be late.” That was the title of a sermon that has always stuck with me. John chapter 11 shows us that God loves us enough to give us what we NEED when we NEED it. Not what we WANT when we WANT it.
Do Teens Need To Worry About What The Bible Says?
Mister Brown • Romans 15:4, 1 Kings 11—12, Psalm 103:17
Do you ever wonder what the Bible has to do with your life today? Me too! Romans 15:4 helps us understand. It says, "For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope."
Dive deeper into God's Word with these Bible Verses:
Romans 15:4
1 Kings 11-12
Psalm 103:17
Be Faithful To Who God Has Called You To Be
Mister Brown • 2 Corinthians 3:4–6, 1 Corinthians 4:1–5
God did not call you to be anyone else. God called you to be faithful to who He called you to be. God's Word tells us all about who we are.
Bible verse:
1 Corinthians 4:1-5
2 Corinthians 3:4-6
Questions for discussion:
What do you think of the statement: "Be faithful to who God has called you to be"?
Do you get caught up in comparing yourself to others? Does it make you feel bad? What can you do to stop comparing yourself to others so much?
Read 1 Corinthians 4:1-5 and 2 Corinthians 3:4-6. What does God's Word say about who you are called to be?
God would never call you to something that contradicts His Word. How can you know if what you are "called" to do is really coming from God?
