❄️ Our RockLife Winter Retreat will be here before you know it!
On the weekend of Fri. February 13th - Sun. February 15th, our youth ministry will be taking a trip to Huntersfield Christian Training Center in the Catskill Mountains for a RockLife group retreat.
Our youth leaders & teens will be loading up in 12-passenger vans and leaving around dinner time from Princetown Church on 2/13. We will return to Princetown Church late Sunday morning on 2/15 for student pickup following the main church service. Detailed departure and return times will be shared closer to the event.
This event is available for all RockLife students from grades 5-12. Students are encouraged to bring a friend for this trip, whether from Princetown Church or outside of Princetown Church!
Our weekend away will include the following:
- Bunk-bed style lodging for our students and youth leaders. There are two main buildings: one building for the boys and one for the girls for sleeping hours.
- Meals provided by the retreat facility (breakfast, lunch & dinner on Saturday + Sunday morning breakfast)
- A full indoor gym for game time (basketball, dodgeball, nine-square, etc.)
- Gospel messages, small group time, and worship. Intentional discussion about the Bible, Jesus, and life.
- Sledding and tubing on the main campus hill
- Hiking & trails on campus
- Social hangout time inside
- And more!
If we have 25 students come to this event, we will take part of our time away to go to a bigger, local sledding / winter tubing center near the retreat center for an afternoon of fun!
The cost for this event is here and covers everything that the retreat center is offering to us (lodging, meals, gym) plus travel:
- $75 total for one student
- $135 total for two students from one family or unit (ex: friends of a family)
- $160 total for three(+) students from one family or unit (ex: friends of a family)
We believe that these off-campus events are an essential way that God speaks to each of our students in their stage of life. We highly encourage our frequent RockLife students to be a part of this event!

Registration closes on Monday, January 21st at the end of Wednesday RockLife that evening and slots will fill up fast, so make sure to sign-up ASAP! We look forward to continuing to pursue the mission of developing the next generation to build their lives on the Rock of Jesus.
