"Step To It - Part 2"

July 28, 2024 • Sr. Pastor Travis M. Tullis • 1 Samuel 17:34–36, 1 Samuel 17:46–47

God encourages and prepares us to step out in faith to handle our battles before our giants arrive. This means we can embrace the birth pains that comes along with preparing for the battles that are to come.

Senior Pastor Travis Tullis continues to help us understand that we must stay faithful when it matters while we step to our giants, as the scriptures teach in 1 Samuel 17: 34-36, 46-47.

When we immerse ourselves in God’s word and allow Him to protect our minds and hearts, we can be assured of victory through Jesus Christ, even before the giants come and the battles of life arrive. Remember, God has never lost a battle, and if we stay under His covenant, we can find peace during chaos.

Although God gives us peace and confidence when we step to our giants, there are times when, after we kill our giants, there might be resentment from our brothers and sisters. We do not destroy our own, even when attacked by the enemy through our own. God turns these attacks into good for us because we are called according to His purpose.

Thank you, Senior Pastor Tullis, for leading us forward and higher together and continuing to teach us how to step to our giants before the battle even begins.
