We are like our parents biologically, and as Believers, we are like the Father now, spiritually. All relationships need to be cultivated, especially our relationship with the Father. How are you cultivating your relationship with the Father? Dig Deeper Questions: 1) Do you agree that your relationship with the Father needs to be cultivated? Why or why not? 2) What could you be doing differently to cultivate your own personal relationship with the Father? 3) In what ways are you cultivating your relationships with those you lead? Be specific so other shepherd leaders may learn from you.
