God is inviting us into a deeper walk in prayer with Him. It’s not about tradition but devotion. Prayer is not only an activity, it’s an invitation to be much more intimate with God than we have ever experienced in our lives. It’s not that we have been doing it wrong, but that there is more available, if we will begin “Listening Closer.”

The Demand To Expand

Jesus used the parable of the widow and the unjust judge to illustrate the importance of prayer. The widow had no recourse other than the judge. The judge didn’t change his attitude, he responded due to her persistence. Jesus said, how much more will God that is good, respond to the persistent cry of the Church for revival? When we respond to the heart of Christ, pursuing His desire in prayer, it creates “The Demand To Expand”. Prayer is not about the answer, it’s about trusting that He will answer, it’s about persistence. What is persistence, it’s consistency fueled by a burden. When we seek God in the way He said to, with the desire He placed in our spirit, The Lord will respond with His Spirit and revival.
