On First Wednesday Pastor Jason shares with us something very special regarding “Advent: The Gift Of Grace.” In this season, as we remember our Pastor, and we heal together he reminds us what The Lord told Paul. “My Grace is sufficient for you.” No matter what we face, Christ’s Grace will carry us through.

Also, in conjunction with the Sunday Bible Studies, Bro. Brad shares with us the importance of communion. How it reminds us not only of Christ’s death, but that He is coming again. As with Grace, we can trust, not in our on selves. We are part of His body, and He will take us on.

In this week’s Authentic Conversations Pastor Jason and Pastor Brittany discuss his message “Rejoice Always: Joy Conquers All Circumstances.” As Christians we understand there is a difference between happiness and joy. One person said that happiness is based on happenings, joy is based on relationship. Life is not about happiness, it’s about joy. We must daily be intentional about rejoicing, remembering that every day we are given is a gift from God. Each of us will experience emotions, yet our joy is not based on how we feel, but our relationship with Christ Jesus. Paul said I press towards the prize, we press towards being with Jesus. Our joy reminds us, no matter what we face, we will spend eternity with our Savior in Heaven.
