In this week’s Authentic Conversations Student Edition Pastor Jason talks with our students about “Closing Out The Summer”. The lessons that they have learned, both in the internship, and from Pastor Livingston’s book on Love Leading. How fellowship unites us, bringing us closer both to God, and each other. We are blessed, not with a future generation of leaders, but a new generation who are already leading where they are, and will continue to lead in the future.

Being Prepared For Opportunity
January 5, 2025 • Pastor Jason Potter
In the first message of the new year, Pastor Jason speaks to us not only about the week, but the year ahead. “Being Prepared For Opportunity” must be our focus, not just for today, but throughout twenty twenty five. God has places that He wants us to step into, opportunities to seize, and callings to fulfill. We must prepare for opportunity. Prepare simply means to get ready in advance. However we can’t make the mistake of assuming it’s all about our productivity alone. Our productivity is related to our connectivity to The Source. God wants us not to just produce, but to increase. Our production is not about us, it’s about Who we’re connected too. Jesus is The Vine, He is our source, the closer we are to Him, the more we’ll be prepared for the opportunities ahead.
Biblical Success
January 1, 2025 • Pastor Jason Potter
In the beginning First Wednesday of 2025, Pastor Jason shares what “Biblical Success” looks like. It involves three components, the person we are becoming, the path we are walking, and the path we are pursuing. Success Biblically starts with aligning our thoughts with God’s Word. If we are going to be successful, it’s going to take us getting into the Bible. Yet it’s not enough to know this book, we’ve got to do this book. When we do what God wants us to do, we should expect things to go well. We need to acknowledge Him in both the blessings, and that He will keep us through the tough times. We have one prize we pursue, to be with Christ forever, that is true success.
The Pattern Of Opportunity
December 29, 2024 • Pastor Brittany Potter
In this end of the year message Pastor Brittany contrasts where we are as a Church this December with last December. Last year, God led us into port to heal, and mend our sails. This December, He is calling us to leave the harbor. To do this successfully, we must understand “The Pattern Of Opportunity.” God is calling us as a Church, and as individuals, to leave the harbor and step into the opportunities He has for us. Last year we healed, but we cannot allow past hurts to keep us from sailing again. Some will be hesitant because of where they’ve been, but we cannot allow the past to keep us from where He wants us to go. We have healed in the harbor, now it’s time to sail forth, it’s a new season, it’s a new day.
