Their certain destruction is now at hand. We must not forget that the God who is long-suffering and merciful is also just and severe in His judgment towards sin.

The prophet Nahum tells us about some horrifying words that the God of the universe spoke to the wicked city of Nineveh and the reasons why He would say such words. Man always reaps what he sows, and that was the case for Nineveh.
