Why would Jesus send the disciples out on the lake to face a coming storm? Because, for them, as well as for us, there are many lessons to be learned when in the storms of life. Best of all, we will hear His voice saying “It is I; be not afraid.”

The Gospel is indeed “good news.” The Apostle Paul said he was not ashamed to boldly share that good news with everyone he could, because of the eternal spiritual benefits it brings to our lives. It has the power to change everything about us!
