The Apostle Paul reminds us that the law can’t deliver us from sin - it only defines it, and makes us aware of our “lostness.” A believer is no longer bound to the law! There’s been a switch in our loyalty, and we are married to another, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Knowing Him results in a new nature, and a new victory over sin!
