In Acts 2, the Apostles are continuing to praise the Lord, and suddenly the Holy Spirit comes upon them and fills them with Himself. As you become a praiser, you can be filled with the Holy Spirit because that is the atmosphere the Holy Spirit loves to move in.

When we praise the Lord we are magnifying His experience, wisdom, achievements, goodness, ability, potential, etc. In a sense, we are writing God’s resume. All that we say about God is praise is all that He becomes to and for us.
