Walk in Wisdom

Rooted in Christ

June 30, 2024 • Ben Gibson • Ephesians 5:15–21

Our walk remains our focus, and we have more to put away and more to put on in Ephesians 5:15 - 21.  Frankly, because the days are evil, our walk demands that put away the careless indifference that once defined our manner of life. That is foolishness.

In earnest we put on the wisdom of Christ that guides our new way of life. That wisdom is not merely an intellectual pursuit. It begins with the fear of the Lord (Proverbs 1:7). Putting on such wisdom demands recognition of the facts, but it also levies responsibility and completely reorients our lives around Christ who is the power of God and the wisdom of God (1 Corinthians 1:24).

Join us today as we talk about the importance of walking in wisdom.
