Our question is one of the most important existential questions a Christian can ask. How do we know what we are hearing is from the Lord and not from us?” We all must reckon with the will of God for our lives. What does He have planned for me? What does He expect of me? What does He want? Romans 12:1 - 2 provides us with a framework for an answer.

Rapture Timelines

The study of end time events has been the subject of best selling fictional books and movie adaptations. There are many events surrounding the return of Christ, some of which are quite a mystery. More often than not, the rapture of the Church generates the most interest. In particular, when it will take place. That is our question this week. “What do we know from scripture concerning the Rapture timelines in the end times? Which is most likely scripturally and why?”

Us & the Holy Spirit

Our question this week is a recent addition to the list, but it resonated with me. My prayer is that it will resonate with you as well. “How do I further and strengthen my relationship with the Holy Spirit?” John 16:7 - 14 will be our focus as we work through our understanding of who He is, what He does, and how we can develop an authentic relationship with the 3rd person of the Triune God.

Judgment & Accountability

"What is the accountability of those who never heard or were hindered from hearing the gospel?" And, "At what point are they responsible for their actions and beliefs?" are what I intend to answer with Scripture. This is a crucial question as we seek to understand our place and purpose in the world. It deals with the concern we all feel for those who do not believe the gospel. It helps us make sense of why, as of yet, they do not believe. It also addresses our sense of fairness and justice for those who lack opportunity.
