Isaiah experiences immediate transformation as a result of an encounter with the presence of God. He goes from "I am doomed" to "Here am I, send me" having been forgiven by the purifying work of God.
We are instructed in Scripture to be holy as God is holy. Made holy by God. Living holy according to God's Word, but never "holier than thou."
