Now What?

How to Know God

May 7, 2023 • Angie Frame • Deuteronomy 6:5–9, 1 Timothy 4:6–8, Matthew 6:9–13, Ephesians 6:18

Many of us have an internal, negative reaction to the word “discipline.”  It sounds like punishment and may trigger unpleasant memories from your childhood or faith background. That’s how living out the Christian life has often been portrayed–as a punishing lifestyle. In this week’s message from our “Now What?” series, Pastor Angie Frame explains how a disciplined life of faith can actually be one of freedom and abundance. After you have met Jesus it is important to put spiritual practices in place. The disciplines themselves might not change your life, but the Jesus you get to know will absolutely change your life in ways that you cannot even imagine.

Come and See

April 30, 2023 • Elijah Schiarelli • John 1:35–41, John 11:5–7, John 11:11–15, John 11:25–27, John 11:38–45

We will never genuinely know what something is like until we experience it for ourselves. This is particularly true when it comes to our faith. Today, Jesus is inviting all of us to play an active role in the work He’s doing in our church, communities, nation, and around the world. In this week’s message of our “Now What?” series Pastor Elijah Schiarelli explains that if we want to truly experience the fullest life possible through Jesus Christ, then we can’t just take his word for it.  Come and see, turn your curiosity into all-in belief- stand up, get involved, and watch as Jesus changes everything.

Tell Your Story

April 23, 2023 • Brian C. Hughes • John 9:1–3, John 9:6–11, John 9:24–25

The resurrection of Jesus brings us face-to-face with something that can change our lives more than anything else. More than getting married, a new job, or grandkids or any other big life change.  Are we at least equally excited about the resurrection of Jesus as these things?  Is there a way to talk about your faith in a way that is exciting without running people off? In our series ‘Now What’ Pastor Brian Hughes talks about the hard evidence that an encounter with Jesus provides. You have a story - a testimony - and the world will be better when we all learn to tell it.

It's Time to Decide

April 16, 2023 • Angie Frame • Philippians 3:8, Ephesians 2:1–5, John 10:10, Ephesians 2:8–9, Matthew 16:24–25

Now what? Jesus came to earth. He taught and healed, suffered and died, and came back to life. Jesus defeated death.  In the battle of good versus evil, good won.  Love won. Life won. So, is that it? Is the story over?  In our new series “Now What,” Pastor Angie Frame talks about our opportunity to choose to follow Jesus or not. Jesus came to earth to give us lives that are full, abundant and eternal, but at the end of the day, it is your decision to make. What will you decide?
