The whole Bible is about Jesus. When Adam and Eve sinned, God began working out His plan to send Jesus to rescue people from sin. All of the Old Testament points forward to Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection—the time when Jesus would bring God’s promised salvation for sinners.

Apr 18: Jesus Appeared to the Disciples

April 18, 2021

For 40 days, Jesus showed himself to more than 500 people and proved that He is alive. Jesus is still alive today. We have not seen Jesus, but if we believe in Him, we will be blessed. He sends out believers to tell others about Him and gives us power through the Holy Spirit.

Apr 25: Jesus Returned to Heaven

April 25, 2021

Jesus returned to heaven, but He did not leave us alone. He gave us the Holy Spirit to be with us, to give us the power to live Godly lives and help us do God’s work. One day, Jesus will return to make all things new and to rule as Lord over all.

May 2: The Holy Spirit Came

May 2, 2021

God kept His promise to send the Holy Spirit. With the Holy Spirit’s help, Jesus’ disciples could begin their work to share the Gospel with the entire world. The Holy Spirit lives in everyone who put their faith in Jesus as their Savior.

May 9: Peter Healed a Man

May 9, 2021

After Jesus returned to heaven, the Holy Spirit gave the disciples the power to do what they could never do on their own. With the power of Jesus’ name, Peter healed a man who was lame. Not even the religious leaders could stop Jesus’ followers from sharing the good news about Jesus.

Faithful in Hard Times

Jesus gives us hope and true life so we can live joyfully for Him, even in hard times. Through suffering, God can make us more like His Son.

Jesus lived a perfect life and died the death we deserve for our sin. When we put our faith in Jesus, God forgives our sins and changes our hearts. Jesus calls and empowers His followers to live like Him.
