The Church has never been about collecting Christians that simply agree with Jesus’ teachings. We are supposed to be a force for good; for justice; for love. There are things Jesus commanded and commissioned us to do and he expects us to do them! We want to be a church that is intentionally living on mission.

The Real Deal

In James Chapter 1, we find there are two types of religion (faith). The first is pure, authentic—the real deal. The second is a cheap counterfeit, or as James says, "worthless". We want to be the kind of church that lives out an authentic faith in obedience to the things Jesus has asked of us which includes caring for orphans and widows.
