Today's Gospel lesson is about the time when Jesus went to a wedding reception at Cana in galilee. Most of us know the story because we remember the part where Jesus turned water into wine! But there's a little more to the story than that. Jesus was there, and his mom was there too. And the people throwing the big party—which was really kind of a week-long party in those days—they ran out of wine. How embarrassing! They had invited all these people, and they didn't have enough wine to serve.
