GOD'S HEALING FREEDOM
REJOICE! WORSHIP

The concept of Divine Healing can be sticky, fraught with all sorts of concerns about why some people get better and some people do not, why God seems to move in one situation and seems, in our view at least, to be absent in another moment. For some, resting in Divine mystery, the idea that God’s timing is better than our timing, is more than enough for them. And God Bless those faithful folks. I know many people as well, myself included, who still sometimes scratch their heads when pain seems to go on, whether it be for individuals I know and love, for folks who didn’t find peace from depression or from COVID-19, or for nations like Ukraine continues to be accosted by a much larger military force. We can wonder in these moments: “God where are you?”
