In Psalm 37 and in this Psalm, David was confident that his enemies would not succeed. He knew that God mocks the mockers. Therefore, he would watch for God, for God is his stronghold!
The key to changing our topic of speech is to change our heart. We can do this by spending time with God daily but studying His word! When we are in the word of God daily, our heart and our words are filled with praise.
