What is the solution God presented to His people walking in darkness? Who is this great one that shone upon them?
Here is the answer — the child who was born to us, the son who was given to us.
How can a child who was born be the light?
Because He is Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace — in other words, He is the Messiah!
And who is this child who was born?
It is undoubtedly Yeshua the Messiah, for He is the Light of the world (John 8:12)!

About the Work: “Messiah”
“Messiah” is an oratorio composed by George Frideric Handel in 1741. It is considered one of the most important works in the classical vocal music canon.
In this masterpiece, Handel presents the Messiah as revealed in the Scriptures — from the prophecies about His coming to the establishment of His eternal kingdom.
Most of the text is taken from the Bible, primarily from the Book of Isaiah — and the Hebrew version follows suit.
Handel’s Messiah has previously been performed in Hebrew in its classical form. In this project, we produced four key movements, woven together to deliver a powerful and uplifting message — intended to inspire and instill hope in Israel and among the nations, in light of God’s promises about the coming of the Messiah.
These pieces are presented in a unique classical-modern fusion, crafted to be clear, accessible, and musically captivating for every listener.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who took part in this special production and pray that through these texts, drawn from the Word of God, many will receive comfort and renewed hope.
Above all, we give thanks to God for His promises of the Messiah’s coming, for the child who was born to us, and for the great light we have seen, even in times of trouble.
We thank Him for comforting His people — and we call upon ourselves and others:
Hallelujah!
