Acts 17-19: A Church That Engages Culture

Abandoned to Love

March 25, 2018 • Dr. Carlo Serrano • Acts 19, Revelation 2:1–4

What we often refer to as love is really no more than infatuation. We become enamored and enraptured. Sometimes, our “falling” in love is no more than turning ourselves over to what we want. Could this be why we tend to stray from our first http://love...jesus?

Messy Evangelism

March 18, 2018 • Dr. Carlo Serrano • Acts 18

People are spiritually lost until they receive Jesus. We cannot earn a right relationship with Jesus. There’s nothing we can do to impress God enough for him to save us. However, because of His love and mercy his gives us grace and He saves from our sinful selves and brings us into this great family called the church. What are we doing with this awesome message?

A Church That Engages Culture

March 11, 2018 • Chris Edmondson • Acts 17, 1 Corinthians 9:19–22

How people respond to what we communicate depends a lot on how we communicate. Approach matters. We can say the right things and have the wrong approach, and people will ignore the message. Our goal at http://onechurch.tv is to present Scripture in a way that is so helpful and compelling that the audience leaves wanting to engage the scriptures more, and try it out in their lives. THE BIG IDEA: We will do anything short of sin to reach people for Jesus.
