• Honored Guests & Volunteers:

Christian faith is about loving Jesus and loving people, and we believe every person deserves to be celebrated. That is why we are so excited to host our 8th Annual Once Upon a Prom for individuals with special needs, ages 14 and up.

This unforgettable evening is centered on God's love and created especially for a community that is so deeply cherished. Our honored guests will enjoy an evening where they are celebrated, encouraged, and treated like royalty in a fun, inclusive environment surrounded by caring volunteers.

This year's theme is Candy Land, where sweet surprises and colorful fun await around every corner! Guests can look forward to walking the red carpet, being welcomed by our "paparazzi," receiving a boutonniere or corsage, enjoying a delicious dinner, dancing the night away, being crowned kings and queens, riding in a horse-drawn carriage, and making memories that will last a lifetime.

We can't wait to share this special evening with you!

• Honored Guests:

Welcome! We are thrilled to invite you to our 8th Annual Once Upon a Prom, This year we are excited to welcome 100 honored guests, completely free of charge.

To help ensure the best experience for everyone, at least one parent or caregiver is required to remain onsite during the event. While your guest is enjoying prom, we've planned a relaxing evening just for caregivers with food, fellowship, and fun. Guests register here!

• Volunteers:

Thank you for your interest in serving at our 8th Annual Once Upon a Prom!

spend the evening encouraging, celebrating, and making sure your honored guest experiences the joy of being seen, known, and loved.

• Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 @ 6:30p, or

• Thursday, October 1st, 2026 @ 6:30p

Location: Oakwood Church Pavilion

We know your schedules are busy, and we are incredibly grateful for the time you are investing. Your willingness to serve allows individuals with special needs in our community to experience the love of Christ in a tangible way. Thank you for helping make this evening so meaningful.
