The Comforting of the Lord

It is easy to lose focus during times of chaos and uncertainty. Yet God invites us to focus on Him, listen to Him and look at the history of His dealings with us so that we might find comfort and encouragement for our lives. Isaiah the prophet gives us the first of two critical priorities of God that we will be looking at this week and next which is The Comforting of the Lord. Our God is a comforter. In spite of His discipline and judgment, He takes delight in assuring us of a bright future through His comforting promises.
