1. Are you living your life under the authority of Jesus? Have you submitted yourself to the authority
of His Word?
2. Jesus says to give to God what is his. If you recognize he has all authority, if you realize you are
created in his image, have you given all that you are to him?

Week 28 | Jesus Never Forsakes a Faithful Follower

Zacchaeus was a model of a faithful follower. First, he saw the brokenness in his life, and sought after Jesus regardless of the obstacles to mend it. Second, having found Jesus, he submitted himself to him as lord. Finally, having submitted himself to the king, he turned from his sins, confessed his wrong, and to the extent he was able, he made amends.
