There are two ways we can look at decisions we make in our lives: "How does it make me feel" or "Is it God's desire". God's desire is that we would be set apart from the "me-centric" mindset that easily ensnares our thinking. Put your hope in Jesus, for He will never leave your, nor forsake you. He is the only source of life and life everlasting!
Conduct

What we believe determines how we behave; and who we think we are determines how we are. God has called us to live different, to be made new in Christ. Who we once were (before Christ) is not who we now are, in Christ. Set apart, and destined to live differently than before!
Ransomed

Ransomed; probably not a word many of us use on a regular basis, but a word that defines our existence. The word "ransom" means to set free from captivity by paying a price. We were captive to our sin, but God paid the debt we could not by sending his son Jesus to die on the cross. The only worth response is to worship His name!
Love Earnestly

God commands us to love earnestly. What exactly does that mean? The definition of doing anything "earnestly" is: "occurring to a greater extent or more than before." Being set apart means we continually strive to love one another greater than the day before. As Pastor Mike reminded us: "Saved people, love people".
