Advent points us to the manager. And the we find the mystery of God. Hidden for ages and the revealed, Jesus, the Son of God, sent to redeem the world. Wrapped in strips of cloth, the Creator of the universe came like us to save us. This morning, we look at the wonderful mystery of the incarnation and Jesus' call to to enter the mystery.

Waiting. There are 'good' waits and 'not-so-good' waits. During Advent (the four weeks preceding Christmas and the celebration of Jesus' birth), we experience the 'good' waiting for Christmas Day. And this 'good' waiting points to the waiting for Christ's Second Coming. Advent should remind Christians to be ready, watching and waiting patiently for Christ's Return and redemption of all things.
