Jesus tells us to fix our eyes on the kingdom of heaven. This is our antidote to fear, anxiety, and worry. By seeking the kingdom first, we get a glimpse of what's to come.
People will try to make much of you for making much of Jesus, but it's a trap. For God to be greater, you must become less and less.
We were all made to serve something. Jesus said that you cannot serve two masters. We must choose to serve money or our Maker.
The world loves to give its keys to greatness, but how would Jesus describe His? He calls us to serve. Jesus's key to being first is to be last.
