The first line of the Apostles' Creed affirms that we believe in God, the Father of everyone and everything. But our modern culture acts as if God exists to serve us, rather than us existing to serve God.
Our hope for eternal life is tied to the resurrection of Jesus and forgiveness of our sins. If we have truly received forgiveness for our sins, we must extend this forgiveness to others in our life.
