Amends In The Kingdom

Courageous Confession

Step Five is about gaining the confidence in the reality of God’s abundant love and grace, so that we can courageously confess and admit the exact nature of our wrongs. As a result, we will experience the freedom that lies within the Kingdom of God that leads to healing, wholeness and flourishing. Step Five: “We admitted to God, ourselves and another human the exact nature of our wrongs.”

Everybody has some dimension of their life that weighs them down... that seems to come in cycles bringing loss or pain, fear, shame, a "death" in one form or another. Finding freedom isn't about "trying harder". It's about understanding how transformation happens and beginning that journey.
