The NLCSE Internship Program exists to provide formal opportunities for interns to gain practical ministry training, using and testing their gifts in a supportive and professional Christian work environment.
Our commitment is to guide interns to a greater understanding of ministry within our unique, high-functioning, and fast-paced church work environment.
In addition, we will share our philosophies and best practices regarding our respective ministries in our collegiate and hard-working environment.
The intern will report to the Senior Director of their respective department for coaching opportunities, collaboration, and support. The Senior Director will delegate departmental assignments, projects, and tasks accordingly.
