When an ambassador goes to another country he or she represents the country from which they come… their origin. They live light, they sometimes don’t even unpack, because they don’t live there. They simply are there for a visit, not to stay. They represent the interests of another country. That’s the same with every Christian today. We’re just visitors here and we represent the interests of our God.

When an ambassador goes to another country, they represent the country from their origin. They will often live light, and they might sometimes not even unpack. The reason is, because they don’t live there. They simply are in the other country for a visit, not to stay. While they are there, they represent the interests of another country. There is no difference with every Christian today. We are just visitors here, in a foreign country. We represent the interests of our God, and it is our duty to share that mission.
