Have you ever been to a semi-professional baseball game? The Iowa Cubs are a lot of fun to watch and nothing is better than stadium food! In fact, your $20 ticket also includes a Chicago dog and a pop at the park! It's a ton of fun! The game starts at noon. We will leave NCCC at 10am, go to the game, and head home once it's done. You can send money with your student so they can purchase snacks or souvenirs or whatever. We will be back to NCCC around 5pm. Register today and we will send you all of the information. This event is for 6th-12th Grades ONLY.

By registering your student(s) you agree to the following:

We release and hold harmless New Covenant Christian Church from any and all liability, claims or personal injury, sickness or death, as well as property damages and expenses, of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the undersigned and child-participant that occur while said child or participant is participating in above described activity or event. We on the behalf of our student assume all risk of personal injury, damage and expense as the result of participation in recreational activities involved. 

Furthermore, authorization and permission is hereby given to NCCC to furnish any necessary transportation and lodging for this participant.

We (I) further hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify NCCC, it’s directors, employees and agents, for any liability sustained by said church as the result of negligent, willful, or intentional acts of said student(s), including expenses incurred attendant thereto.

We (I) give our (my) permission to take our (my) student(s) to a doctor or hospital and hereby authorize any medical treatment and assume the responsibility of all medical bills, if any. 

Furthermore, should it be necessary for our participants to return home due to medical reason, disciplinary action or otherwise, we (I) hereby assume all transportation costs.

We (I) understand that NCCC is undertaking initiatives to promote its ministry and programs, therefore we (I) consent understanding and knowledge of permission for any photographs, name, statements, and video of myself or my student to be used for this purpose in presentations, film, videotape, and electronic communication productions and authorize agents of NCCC to publish and use in any medium.
