* Expand our educational resources that are current and representative of and tailored to the students we serve

* Improve the recruitment of and training for volunteer tutors

* Enhance summer enrichment experiences (field trips, classes) that significantly impact our kids

* Strengthen our mentoring of and resources for developing our youth as leaders

* Propel us toward offering a third tutoring site to reach even more children in another part of the city
