Take Care of Your Body

On Sunday, Pastor Steve spoke about the significance of taking care of our bodies. He advised us to consider our bodies as temples that are blessings from God! Just as with any other blessing, it is important to be responsible stewards of our bodies. However, many of us may struggle with doing this perfectly. There can be a range of reasons for this, but Pastor Steve highlighted three common reasons in his talk: 1) We are confused. 2) We are coping. 3) We are caught.
